I make the the wall unit to look ‘organic’ as if it was knocked up in a shed from parts of other bits of furniture that were lying around!
It is furnished with a selection of paint cans, stone glaze bottles and demi johns, oil cans watering cans and bits of machinery – broken and working – which I make myself, along with a range of hand tools and crates and boxes which have been suitably aged to reflect the ‘at work’ nature of the bench! It also comes with a wheel and tyre to lean against the unit and make it look part of a bigger workshop scene
All items are fixed to the workbench.
The garage/workshop wall unit is one of my work bench range which includes a shoe cleaning bench, silver cleaning bench for ‘staff’ and potting bench for gardeners and carpenters one for the woodworkers!
