This pretty fireplace is small enough to fit in anything from a town house to a mansion and yet can still add a ‘statement’ presence to a room. It would be happy in any well to do ladies salon, lounge or boudoir!
The fireplace includes an electric fire with brass fender, on the mantle piece are two urns with a baroque clock in the centre. To either side of the clock are a pair of dog ornaments.
The over mantle frame holds a large painting of a naughty 18th century lady in a wild garden playing blind mans buff with a man who should be painting her!
The fireplace is pale cream with gold accents, and features hand painted rose bouquets on the fire surround and scrolling panels on the over mantle frame.
The working electric fire and urns are exclusive, and made by me for this fireplace. All the decorative elements of the fireplace and its structure are hand painted and gilded.
