A silver serving dish holds a chocolate and cherry roule, a copper pan beside it holds an orange sauce which has just been drizzled onto a sponge and finished with piped cream and cherry. A a china bowl holds stiff cream which has been used in a piping bag beside a fresh cream gateaux on a stand. Cream leaks from the piping bag nozzle.
