The Chateau Chic range is inspired by the exuberant french style of the 18th century, in particular by the palace of Versailles. The decoration is light and colourful with gilded detailing.
This buffet features a huge roccoco mirror to reflect both the buffet contents and the the room it is situated in. I make both the mirror and the centrepiece on it, and hand apply the decoration to the painted furniture piece.
This cream buffet has queen Anne legs, and four central drawers flanked by two cupboard doors. Sitting on the top is a large gilt and crystal centrepiece with two cherubs garlanding an urn with crystal effect flower dishes surrounding them and a larger group of crystal dishes on top. It also features and two five arm gold candelabra with cream candles. The top, sides and front all feature the distinctive and Dee-Daw exclusive Chateau Chic 18th century style garden scene with two lovers strolling through.
