The Chateau Chic range is inspired by the exuberant french style of the 18th century, in particular by Le Petit Trianon palace attached to Versailles. The decoration is light and colourful but with less of the gilded baroque of Versailles. All of the pieces in the range feature the distinctive and exclusive Chateau Chic 18th century style garden scene with two lovers strolling through. It is used as panels on the furniture and on the china plates and decorative urns.
The banqueting suite (set for 8) is themed in cream and ivory with pale blue accents. The table is covered with a cream silk jacquard lace-edged table cloth featuring laurel leaves while the chairs have and Ivory and cream silk seat.
On the table, there are two glasses and four pieces of gold cutlery per place setting. The table centre piece is a hand painted urn which is flanked by two bowls of fruit hand painted to look like china. at each are are two matching tasser stands featuring the same plate as the place settings. At each corner is an assortment of gilt and crystal condiment pots and dishes.
