The Chateau Chic range is inspired by the exuberant french style of the 18th century, and the decoration is light and colourful and gilded! All of the pieces in the range feature the distinctive and exclusive Chateau Chic 18th century style with two lovers strolling through a romantic garden. It is used as panels on the furniture and on the china plates and decorative urns.
The banqueting suite (set for 8) is themed in cream and ivory with duck egg blue accents and bands on the plates and china wares. The table is covered with a silk ivory coloured lace-edged table cloth while the chairs have and Ivory and cream silk striped seat. It is shown in the main picture with the matching banqueting buffet which is available separately.
On the table, there are four glasses and four pieces of gold cutlery per place setting. The table centrepiece is a hand painted fantasy dish on a stand supported by three figures on a corithian column base, this is is flanked by two crystal serving dishes and two urns. At each corner is an assortment of gilt and crystal condiment pots and dishes.
Like all Dee-Daw products this is exclusive to Dee-Daw Designs, I make the table, chairs, plates, wine glasses, ornaments, apply the decorative finishes, upholstery, hand paint the gilded borders on the plates after applying my design to them, paint the ornaments from scratch and lace edge the table cloth!
