The Imperial Fruit buffet is created to match the exuberant styles of the Imperial Fruit china I produce for the dining and banqueting tables.
This mahogany buffet or sideboard (or Huntboard in the US) has six drawers with large brass drawer pulls.Sitting on the top is a fantasy bowl on a figurative base with
three figures on a corinthian column base to match the style of the
Imperial Fruit dining room (see separate listings). To each side of this is a tall urn on a stand and a tasser serving dish in the Imperial Fruit pattern on gilt bases.
I design and make all of the ornaments on this dresser, before hand painting and detailing the pieces to match the other items in the range.
The buffet can be custom made in different wood colours (oak and walnut – satin and matt finish) and different ornaments or contents (drinks and cigars, serving cakes etc).
