Bessie the cook’s younger sister is Betty, and don’t you just want a cuppa in her tea room! She is the perfect waitress or maid serving tea and cakes from a silver tray. Betty is dressed in classic black with white lace at the collar and cuffs, and white lace hair piece with black ribbon to hold it in place. She is carrying a large silver tray with silver teapot cream jug and cutlery, white cups and saucers and a stunning cake. She is around 150mm/6in tall.
Betty is one of my new line of dolls which I design, make, paint, wig and dress. Because of this, no two are exactly alike – no matter how hard I try they all have their own characters and quirky features! Each one is individually made and is not movable- they are all fixed in position.
